You will receive an email confirmation after Texas Oncology schedules your appointment in the VSee. This instruction guide will tell you how to register and setup your VSee Provider account once you have been authorized as a VSee Provider per the VSee.

If you get this message after you double-click on VSee in the Applications folder. Select Run and when the install is complete select OK. Double-click on the Applications icon to open your Applications folder, and check to make sure that the VSee file is there.Ĩ. VSee Clinic allows HIPAA-compliant chat and video calls. VSee Clinic is a simple, secure way for you to hold a telehealth consultation with your provider from anywhere. Once it has finished downloading, it will open automatically.Ħ. In the installation window that appears, click on the VSee icon and then drag it to the Applications icon on its right and drop it.ħ. Download VSee Clinic for Patient and enjoy it on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Once you click on vseemac.dmg, it should quickly unarchive the file.ĥ. A disk image of the installation should appear in the same folder you downloaded the file to (in this example, it is the Desktop).

In the upper right-hand corner of your Safari window, the download icon will turn into a blue progress bar, and then turn into a downward-facing arrow when the download has been completed. If you are a guest for an upcoming session, you can download VSee from the "Waiting Room Page", using the "Install VSee" button in the lower-left hand corner.Ģ. VSee Clinic To see your provider online, you need to install VSee, a video application. (If you're logged in but on a different page, click on the "Videoconference" tab to navigate to your Dashboard.) VSEE offers a waiting room, patient registration, mobile app. A message will appear asking you to confirm you would like to save this file. On the message that appears, use the 'Download VSee' button in the lower right-hand corner. In the lower left-hand corner of the page, use the "Install VSee" button. Its easy to install and my clients find it very useful. If you are a guest for an upcoming session, you can download VSee from our main Support page, using the 'Install VSee' button in the lower-right hand corner. If you are an account holder, log in-you will automatically be shown your Dashboard.
